i just ate a huge pot luck lunch with my co-workers… and it was terrific. i’m stuffed and, like a lazy cat, i could use a nap now.

since we all have to work during spring break a very very smart person devised the idea of a mexican “Cancun Getaway” pot luck. Good Idea! give that person a bonus!

everything was superb. enchiladas, tacos, fajitas, chips n dips, chili, with all the sides. we had drinks… not margaritas (we actually had to work, so no getting crazy)… but Big Red. i’m so stuffed i haven’t even had desert yet. i hope some dessert is let by the time i get my second wind.

like i said… i’m stuffed and tired, so that’s all for now.
